Because BANKAII operates on an exclusive, limited-run release model, our inventory is strictly controlled. Every garment is engineered as part of a finite identity release. By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding shipping, fulfillment, and our strict final sale framework for all domestic orders.

1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds or exchanges for any reason. Once an order is processed through our system, the sale is permanent.

  • Sizing Modifications: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sizing errors. A detailed sizing chart is provided on every product page. Please review your measurements carefully before finalizing your order.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not issue cancellations or refunds if you change your mind after your payment is processed.

  • Address Errors: It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses or missing pin codes.

The Only Exception: Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or was physically damaged during transit, we will rectify the issue.

  • You must report the defect via email to [support@yourdomain.com] within 5 business days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Your email must include your original order number, a description of the fault, and high-resolution photos clearly showing the damage.

  • If your claim is verified and approved by our team, we will dispatch a replacement item at no extra cost. If the item is completely sold out, a full refund or store credit will be granted.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped through our secure domestic courier network.

Processing and Handling Time

  • Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order verification, quality control, and packaging before dispatch.

  • If an item is a pre-order, the specific fulfillment timeline will be prominently displayed on that specific product page.

Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched from our facility, standard domestic delivery timelines apply:

  • Major Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of the Country: 5 to 7 business days.

Note on Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent the moment your package leaves our hands. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier network to update the tracking status online.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

  • BANKAII is not responsible for packages that are officially marked as "Delivered" by the courier service but are stolen or missing from your property/doorstep.

  • If your package is lost in transit (never reaches "Delivered" status), please reach out to us within 10 days of the shipping date so we can initiate an immediate investigation with the carrier network.
