Welcome to baankai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of baankai.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to baankai. "You" refers to the user or customer.

1. Eligibility
By using this Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Products
All products are made to order (print on demand) and produced after your order is placed.
Product images are for illustration. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing, and fabric.
Slight variations in print placement, size, and colour are normal for print-on-demand items and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept prepaid orders only through our authorised payment partners.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, even after it has been placed. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
4. Orders & Cancellations
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock or production issues, or errors.
Orders may be cancelled only within 2 hours of being placed. After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, location, weather, etc.).
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect shipping details provided by you, or failed delivery attempts.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the courier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: as products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered as described in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property
The baankai name, logo, Site design, and original content are our property and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Designs and artwork are created as original and fan-inspired interpretations. All referenced characters, series, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. baankai is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any anime studio, publisher, or rights holder.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Site's security or functionality.
Copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or its content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, baankai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may use third-party services (payment gateways, couriers, print partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
