Made to order, so please choose carefully.
Every baankai piece is printed on demand, specifically for you, only after you place your order. Because nothing is pre-made or restocked, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size, colour, or design
"It didn't look how I expected"
Please review the size chart and product details carefully before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing, message us before you buy — we're happy to help.
All sales are final once an order is placed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of being placed, as production begins shortly after. After that, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
We stand behind our print quality. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
To be eligible, you must:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and
Share a clear unboxing photo/video and photos of the issue.
Claims without supporting photos, or raised after 48 hours, cannot be processed. This policy does not cover normal variations in colour due to screen settings, or damage caused by wear, washing, or improper care.
